Zhang’s  Group :  Synthesis  of  Functional  Nanoscale  Objects  for Optoelectronic, Catalytic and Biological Application Our research is driven by the development of a variety of new methodologies to synthesize a broad range of well controlled nanoscale objects with  well  arranged  hierarchical  architectures  and  modulated  multifunctionalities  for applications in optoelectronic  devices, catalysis, biological  imaging and targeting, and fingerprint detection. Our idea in the research is to provide the insight, understanding, and strategy  and  technique  for  advancing the  fundamental  and  applied  science issues challenging us in nanoscience communities.
